Consultation and Payment
Pick Up
As of 2024, we will be charging for storage of completed work after 1 month. If not communicated that work can not be picked up within or after the month, a fee of $5 a day will be added additionally to overall treatment cost.
An initial consultation of 30 minutes is free if the item is left for conservation treatment. If an item is not left for treatment after this meeting, a charge of $50 will apply. Digital photos may be submitted for a free approximation of cost, but the final estimate of cost will only be provided when the item has been examined in person.
Items left for conservation will incur a $50 processing fee; additional items are $15/item. A written report can be provided for an additional $150
Payment
We are currently accepting cash, check and Venmo. Should you only have a card available, we will charge a 3.5% fee.
Check can be made out to business name and address as listed on invoice.
